Dan D. Troutman
President

Mr. Troutman has completed various design build construction projects ranging from Branded and Un-Branded Convenience Stores, Doctor's Offices, Special Treatment Clinics, Mini-Malls and Apartment Complexes. Many of these projects (either by their nature or actual site conditions) involved various environmental concerns. In addition, Mr. Troutman has 20 plus years in designing and supervising asbestos and lead abatement projects. These projects have been located in approximately 30 states ranging from small projects to projects in excess of $5,000,000. Dant@ACES-USA.COM

Mark E. Hartz
Vice President Environmental Affairs

Mr. Hartz is an accredited and licensed AHERA Asbestos Inspector / Management Planner in multiple states as well as a Lead Inspector.  Mr. Hartz is responsible for all environmental field operations. These duties include scheduling all inspections and site work. In addition he manages or oversees, all phases of Environmental Site Assessments. He is the company's primary contact for ultrasonic sound monitoring equipment sales and services. Prior ultrasound experiences include NASCAR, Goodyear and a major manufacturer of heating and air conditioning equipment.  Markh@ACES-USA.COM
